Panels, workshops, and demonstrations will start with the following times frames -Friday: 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. & Saturday: 10:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. Please select your 1st preference for date and time of day you'd like your panel to take place – although there are no guarantees, we will do our best to accommodate that selection: (select 1)

Unless otherwise stated, all panels/workshops/demonstrations will last 45 minutes. This can be extended for Workshop/Demonstration in certian cases – please let us know how long you anticipate your workshop or demonstration lasting:
