Looking for a traditional halloween craft to do with the family? Well look no further! Come join us out at the California Trail Interpretive Center to carve potatoes and turnips just like Irish emigrants in the 1800s. We’ll discuss how the tradition of jack-o’-lanterns got its ROOTS from turnips and potatoes!
