Second Saturday: Special Solar Eclipse Event at California Trail Center

Second Saturday will be at a special time and place on October 14th. The Northeastern Nevada Museum is teaming up with Nevada Outdoor School (NOS) and The California Trail Interpretive Center to host an Eclipse Party in celebration of the Annular Eclipse taking place the morning of October 14th, 2023. The partial eclipse begins around 8:05 am. Annularity begins at 9:22 a.m. The party and Second Saturday will start at 7:30 a.m. and last for the duration of the eclipse, which ends around 11:30 am.
