Tales from the Trail with Samantha Szesciorka of Nevada Discovery Ride

From wild animals to wild terrain, hear the exciting true stories of living on the trail and exploring Nevada on horseback.
Since 2013, the Nevada Discovery Ride has logged tens of thousands of miles in Nevada’s backcountry, living on the trail to ride across and around the state. Samantha (human), Sage (horse), and Juniper (dog) have seen Nevada as few others will, by foot, hoof, and paw.
In this exciting talk during the National Cowboy Poetry Gathering, long rider Samantha Szesciorka will recount the adventures and challenges that come with riding across Nevada on a horse in the modern age.
