Important Placement Note: All confirmed vendors will be hosted in Vendor City, located within the Conference Center. Please be aware that Lobby Booths are strictly limited; these prime spaces are assigned based on the order in which requests are received. Submitting this form does not automatically secure a space. You will be contacted if your application is approved, and payment will be requested at that time. Official booth assignments will be sent out two (2) weeks prior to the event. Questions?
